Unit Owners

Log In

Oak and Prime will create your temporary credentials and email them to you after you choose to accept the invitation. You will then receive a link to create your new password and sign in. Important note: Please make sure that you will provide the correct and updated email address to use the portal.

 

Log Out

Go to the account menu on the upper right corner and select log out.

 

Reset Password

There are two options to proceed.

  1. Simply select the reset password option on the log in page. You will receive an email with a link confirming your request. The link is valid for 24 hours only. To proceed just select the link “change password”. It will lead you to reset the password page where you need to enter your new password and confirm.

     

  2. If you are logged in, locate Account Menu on the upper right corner and select preferences. You need your old, new, and confirm new password credentials to be able to successfully performed password reset. 

 

View Property Details

On the Dashboard, you can see all your properties either available or on lease. You may select them and see all the details. The first part is your property details. Followed by the inventory report through the items menu. You may also check all your utilities through bills.

 

Review Tenancy

  1. Go to on lease, select the property you wish to review, go to the Property Rent, select the account/contract name, you will see E-Tenancy Contract. Rent schedule is on the lowest part with the notarized contract.

     

  2. Go to Property on the main menu, select tenancy, and choose the account/contract name you wish to access. 

 

Unit Viewing

Go to the main menu, upper left corner, select Calendar. You will be able to see all unit viewing schedules.
