5. How long Oak and Prime can find a tenant?

Our goal is to minimize the vacancy rate and maximize your profit. Hence, we have built a matching system where available units on one side and prospect tenants on the other. We believe that by this system can increase our performance and in return can help you better. In the event that there is no match for your requirements, don’t worry we have a dedicated property manager only for your unit who is tasked to perform aggressive marketing. Our record shows that for a totally bare unit, market C location (least location for an investment property), we still managed to find a tenant in 2 months only. Impressive!

 

6. Why Oak and Prime has a one-time set-up fee?

One-time setup fee is for you. Most of the amount will be used in the marketing. We hire  professionals. A photographer to make High Resolution Photos. An interior designer to create a beautiful apartment. And a handyman to repair and maintain the quality of your unit. Through these, we are confident that your property will stand out in the competition. 

 

7. How much set-up fee I need to pay if I require two preferred tenants?

If you initially prefer long term tenants and then realize that daily rental offers a huge opportunity, at Oak and Prime, we only ask for a ONE set-up fee. We understand, you should not miss other opportunities as well. Hitting two birds with one stone!
